Oliver Cotterell

After several years working for a large corporate advising firm, I identified that the industry is driven by the number of clients rather than the quality of service of advisers, and this led me to found my own award-winning company in 2020.
I began my career in property in 2011, from developing and managing properties through to financing purchases, developments, and large commercial sites. I’m a huge Bath & England rugby fan and love most sports including hockey, cricket, and croquet.

I started my career in financial services as the youngest mortgage and protection associate for one of the largest mortgage brokers in the UK, and soon became a leading mortgage adviser in the industry, before founding my own award-winning company in 2020.
I became one of the few advisers who could deal with High Net Worth individuals as this required a specialist adviser who could cope with the intricacies required for this type of borrowing. I’m a real foodie – and enjoy running and going to the gym.
JAMIE COPE

I began advising in 2012, working for one of the largest mortgage advice firms in the UK, ending my time there managing a team of ten advisors. Prior to joining Windsor Hill, I worked as a specialist BTL mortgage advisor, working on complex transactions and property types, while running the admin team and working on business strategy. I enjoy helping the team at Windsor Hill find solutions to the more complex situations, so they can best help their customers.
NICHOLAS SNAILUM

Nick joined Windsor Hill with 20 years’ experience at one of the UK’s largest mortgage brokers. He’s worked in most of the roles that fall under Operations and there aren’t many mortgage scenarios he’s not dealt with. Outside of work he enjoys being out cycling or watching live music.
Daniel Jones

I joined the Windsor Hill team in March 2021, to specialise in mortgage and protection services and have been advising in the financial industry since 2017. Outside of work, I love a challenge and am currently learning Italian, so I can communicate fluently with my in-laws and teach my son a second language. I’m also a massive Chelsea FC and Welsh rugby fan.

CeMAP qualified Mike, who has won both the ‘Specialist Adviser’ and ‘Best Buy to Let Adviser’ Awards at the prestigious British Mortgage Awards, has spent 13 years as an adviser, manager, and trainer for several of the UKs most prominent mortgage brokers. Previously, Mike was a chef, cooking for celebrities in Michelin-starred restaurants!

I have more than 3 years of experience working in marketing agencies, and I have been working as a Marketing Executive for the last 2 years focusing on marketing campaigns, social media management, content creation, brand and events management and project planning. In my free time I roller-skate, bake cakes, go at the gym or walks and love a nice, chilled afternoon watching Netflix.
Nurry Lee

Nurry is our go-to team member for social media, promotions and organising our Windsor Hill events. She has a Masters Degree in music, and when she isn’t singing the praises of Windsor Hill, she is travelling the world as an international concert pianist.
MAYA CHALLONER

Maya has been working in the mortgage industry since 2029, now specialising in commercial finance, bridging loans & second charges. Maya joined Windsor Hill in 2024, bringing her wealth of experience to the team. In her spare time, she likes to travel to warm places, get a nice tan, and have one or two cocktails.
