Academy Structure
Initial Training
An introductory phase providing an overview of core finance products and industry knowledge.
Shadowing & Case Management
6-12 months of real-time learning, working on live deals under the mentorship of an experienced advisor. You’ll introduce cases to the company, gaining first-hand experience while adding value.
Earnings
Paid commission on completed cases you introduce during the academy period. Upon graduation, transition to standard contractor rates of up to 60% commission, maximising your earnings.
Referral Commission
Additional commission on referrals, including insurance, residential, and buy-to-let mortgages.
Optional Qualifications & Additional Training
Opportunity to complete CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice), enabling you to advise on residential and buy-to-let mortgages: Access to external training (6 days, flexible scheduling) with our network, allowing you to submit unregulated applications independently.
Ongoing Support
A dedicated Paraplanner will assist with case management, liaising with lenders, and ensuring smooth application processes.
